I am hopping to be put in this collar by my Dom master, but there is one thing maybe someone can help me with. Do you need to take the collar off when taking a shower, or can you keep it on, or it wouldn't be on for long if you have too.

Good control-centered collar for play sessions

When these collars arrive, they come with their combination attached via a little metal loop. I’ve left this loop on my collar in the photos for reference but the combination I kept for myself. Such is one of the pivotal elements that makes this collar so great: The combination is one that can be shared only with those you desire.

Equally a dominant could easily purchase this collar and remove the combination before gifting it to their submissive. This allows them to stay the one any only when it comes to unlocking their submissives collar. Of course, such an action requires a tremendous amount of trust, but having this option from a collar is brilliant.

That being said, if a dominant and submissive/s do decide to take this route then it might be useful to have the combination written down and stowed away or digitally stored just in case. None of us want to consider the worst in life but it does pay to be prepared.

The lock itself latches in to place easily and is just as easy to remove. One of the best things about it is that the numbers themselves have a raised metal section for the 1s. This allows users to easily move each dial around without struggling or worrying about a slip-and-slide situation should lubricant or oil get involved in any activities. It also means that, in a tight situation, this lock could (in theory) be navigated even with decreased or no visibility.

This makes the Meo Combination Lock Slave Collar a viable option for blind or visually impaired kinksters, which makes me positively giddy. Having said that, I’m not too sure how many blind readers I have, given I sadly don’t have time to offer non-typed reviews as of yet…Shout out if you’re out there, my lovelies?

Naturally, a collar that is, essentially, a solid metal ring comes with some heft to it and I am happy to report that from the moment this collar was on til the moment I removed it I was always, in some way, aware of its weight.

A real treat for this submissive to wear

For anyone not aware, collars in the BDSM community have huge importance and are a sign of ownership. Submissives gain a lot of strength from collars and they are treasured items. My past collars have all been earned and presented to me as a sign of respect from my Dom. A new collar is a big thing and I relished the thought of putting this one to the test.

This collar features a combination lock that allows the wearer to be locked into it. You know the type of lock, the ones you get on bike chains with rotating rings that are numbered. The collar arrives with the combination code attached to it on a small metal keyring and as you can see mine is 5342.

This collar features a combination lockDepending on how you play you can keep this code for yourself or your Dominant can have it. If your Dom keeps the code it would be a good idea to write it down in a sealed envelope in case of emergencies. Who knows what could happen and you need a way to get out of it should you need to. Always play safely.

I love the fact that when you fit the collar it feels so cold against your skin and it sends a chill down my spine. As you wear it you will find that it warms up and this is a very nice sensation. When you take it off again it's actually warm in your hands. So when I had it back to my Dom it's like I am giving him a part of my inner warmth.

What I really liked about this collar is the feeling that it's always there. By that I mean you are conscious of the weight and unforgiving nature of it at all times.

A very nice collar

I really like this collar and the way that I can be locked into it with no way of getting out until my Dom lets me out. It is well made, great quality and when unlocked the collar opens up easily and very wide. This makes it easy to fit and when you are wearing it you definitely know it is there. If you are a fan of cold hard steel then this is definitely one to try. I have no problems recommending it to anyone.

I adore this collar

The combination consists of four numbers, on each column of numbers the number 1 is raised, this makes it easier to know which number if which and if needed you’re able to take the collar off yourself. That’s based on the assumption that you know the combination, this can be a really good thing, especially for safety concerns.

The collar is incredibly well made, and durable. It has a weight of ¾ of a lb and the width is 1.2cm. Considering the weight and size it’s seriously comfortable to wear, and depending on the kind of person you are you could always wear this out and about as a fashion accessory.

Unglaubliches Gefühl

Ich trage das Halsband mittlerweile seit mehreren Monaten rund um die Uhr – selbst beim Duschen, beim Arbeiten und beim Schlafen. Es ist wirklich sehr bequem und glänzt noch immer wie am ersten Tag. Das Halsband ist extrem stabil und kann dadurch problemlos in ein schönes Bondage integriert werden – oder man wird durch einen beherzten Griff seiner/s Dom durch die Gegend geführt. Die Verarbeitung ist einfache Spitze: keine scharfen Kanten oder Ähnliches und es ist wirklich absolut unmöglich, es ohne den richtigen Zahlencode abzunehmen.
Ich möchte das Halsband absolut nichtmehr missen da es ein unglaubliches Gefühl ist, es angelegt zu bekommen und es zu tragen – mit dem Wissen, dass es weitaus mehr ist als nur ein Schmuckstück. Denn zu guter Letzt sieht das Halsband auch noch wirklich schön aus.
