The screws & holes for closing do not have alignment guides & one has to really work to not strip the screws as they are tightened. Worst, though, is the flimsy feel of the long screws that do the stretching... They need a weld not just at the bottom of the base ring, but also at the top for better stability. And they are too short - ~12cm. The spiked testicle plate is beyond shaky & gets in the way as stretching starts. Finally, the spikes should be pointed. Just my humble opinion. Even though I’ve been into pup play for a while, I hadn’t actually considered getting a puppy tail plug. I totally agree with this review. But might I suggest putting prelubricated condom over it by before insertion, this way there is no cleaning needed to the inside and just a rinse to remove the lube.
