This is an effective device to keep a sub quiet! Made of good quality soft leather, laced from rear with a leather thong with a bukkling locking leather collar. Once in it the sub must relax as the two small nose holes will allow only a limited breathing. The confinment is real in this hood : tightness, darkness, muffled sounds, the sub will feel a nice heat all around your head, protected and vulnerable at the same time. I can say this is a challenging but not extreme accessory, interesting for extended play.
