Geruchs- und Gefühlstest: Tiermasken haben für mich etwas ganz persönliches. Man muss nicht lange etwas einstellen, an Riemen ziehen oder sonstiges. Solange man seine Haare gebändigt bekommt, lässt sie sich leicht übersteigen, zurechtrücken und schon kann es losgehen. Das macht den Look auch einfach natürlicher und schließt ihn perfekt ab.
Aussehen und Komfort:
Die Maske lässt sich sehr leicht an- und ausziehen und sitzt wirklich sehr gut. Die Augen sind weder zu groß, noch zu klein ausgeschnitten. Man kann in jede Richtung schauen, ohne von der Hundemaske eingeschränkt zu sein. Das hatte ich bei meiner venezianischen Maske und das war über die Dauer wirklich sehr störend zwischendurch. Ich denke, durch den dehnbaren Stoff kann man sich die Bad Puppy Maske ohnehin immer gut zu Recht rücken. Als Sasha fand ich es jedenfalls sehr angenehm sie zu tragen, auch wenn ich jetzt verstehe, wieso Tiere oft so verwirrt sind sich selbst im Spiegel zu sehen. Ich habe zwar nicht sehr lange Haare, aber mit einem gekonnten Schwung nach hinten, war das gar kein Problem. Für Männer und Damen mit sehr langen Haaren empfehle ich sie locker nach hinten zu streifen (wie bei einem Motorradhelm) oder unterhalb der Hundemaske, also im Nacken, dann einen Zopf zu machen. The HurtMe Cat-O-Nine Tails Ariande is just a sight to behold, it is by far the prettiest whip that I currently own – just look at it! It’s stunning! It is approx 31.4” in total length, 7.8” of which is the handle. It features 10 (not 9 as the name would suggest) “tails” of tightly plaited black and purple strips of leather which form a beautiful diamond pattern. At the end of each tail it is knotted, leaving 4 loose strips per tail which feel very soft.
The handle is a plastic tube that houses the tails that is first wrapped in purple leather which then has a second layer of black leather that is laced together, resembling the back of a corset. There is a large leather loop at the base of the handle for both added security when wielding and for hanging up after use.
In Use:
Holding the HurtMe Cat-O-Nine Ariande feels very natural and one of the first things I noticed was that the handle is actually a little slimmer than normal which is certainly great for those with smaller hands. The Leather loop is nice and large, making it easy to fit your hand in (you’d be surprised how many get this wrong) and the combination of the leather and the lace provides a very solid grip.
